Preparing detailed cost estimates for projects within piping and infrastructure systems
Analysing technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Engineers to assess project feasibility
Preparing offers and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
Developing project budgets and conducting risk analyses
Advising on cost optimisation and efficiency improvements
Taking a coordinating and supervisory role within the estimating team

Requirements
Experienced Cost Engineer with a background in construction, infrastructure or civil engineering
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in estimating software and MS Office
Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey technical information
Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
