About the Role
- Preparing and substantiating framework and maintenance contracts for industrial sites
- Developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex renovation projects
- Contributing to dossiers with stringent safety and compliance requirements
- Analysing technical drawings, specifications and tender documents to extract key insights
- Assessing pricing structures, conducting negotiations and maintaining close contact with suppliers and subcontractors
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements
- Working closely with the Manager as part of a strong tandem, supported by an administrative team
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director of the division
Requirements
Senior Cost Engineer / Estimator with at least 3 years of experience in renovation and/or new-build projects
Strong ability to bring structure and clarity to complex technical and financial dossiers
Proficient with calculation and estimating software, with solid knowledge of construction techniques
Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven
Strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues, clients and suppliers
Experience with industrial projects and strict safety environments is considered a strong asset
